Infrastructure and Facilities
Under the roof of our Manufacturing Partner M/s C.S. Castings Pvt. Ltd. There are following facilities:
1. Melting Shop: (i) 9 Ton Capacity Medium Frequency Induction Furnace (ii) 11 Ton Capacity Medium Frequency Induction Furnace.
2. Moulding Shop: Moulding shop have all the nacessasory facilities like;
- Chill-Dies (Chillers), Segment Side Chills and Bottom Chill-Plate: - Each 2 Set of Rolls which is suitable for Barrel Dia Starting from Ф300mm to Ф850mm and Length up to 5000mm.
- Sand Mullers (Sand Mixer): - There are 2 Sand Mullar having capacity of 500Kg. Single batch CO2 and Green Sand.
- Moulding Boxes, Takels & Patterns: - Each 2 Set of Roll Castings suitable to capacity of Liquid Metal starting from 500Kg. to 12000Kg.
- Mould, Drying, Ovens (Baking Oven): - 1No. Having capacity of 20 Set of Moulding Boxes.
- Compressor - 2Nos.
- Ladles-3Nos.: - (i) 1No. Having capacity of Handling up to 6 Tons Liquid Metal (ii) 1No. Having capacity of Handling up to 10 Tons Liquid Metal (iii) Having capacity of Handling up to 15 Tons Liquid Metal.
1. Assembly and Casting: Assembly and casting of rolls are carried out in RCC Dip closed Pit of various sizes.
2. Heat-Treatment: Heat-Treatment and Stress Reliving are carried out in trolley type with modern pulse firing system and high speed burners with automatic zone and individual burner control system furnace of capacity 25 Ton and 45 Ton each batch.
3. Machine Shop: The Machine shop is fully equip with Heavy Duty Machine as per below:
- Heavy Duty Rough Turning Lathes which starting from 12’ to 22’ – 20 Nos.
- Heavy Duty Finishing Lathes which staring from 12’ to 16’ – 15 Nos.
- Wobbler Cutting Lathes – 10 Nos
- Vertical Lathe Machine (V.T.L.) of 1 Metter – 1 No.
Note: - We have another out source Machine Shop vendor with CNC Lathe Machines for accurate machining namely M/s. Roll Mac Engineering.
1. Quality Control: In the quality control division is fully equipment with following :
- Chemical Lab
- Spectrometer
- Hardness Tester
- Germany Hardenability Equipment
- Microscope
- Ultrasonic Machine
- Tensile Machine and
- Impact Machine.
