Indian Iron & Steel Industries’’ from North BHARAT, (Punjab) is a fully integrative enterprise which is dedicated to Design the Ultra High-Quality Mill Rolls (Rolling Mill Rolls) to excellent performance Extra Pass-Life with Better Surface Finish). We are always in Research & Development mode to design the Rolls which minimise the Roll Cost of Rolling Mills by increasing Pass-Life in each stand without effecting quality parameters of rolled products such as; better surface finish, sizeaccuracy & maintaining specified weight tolerances. Therefore we design the rolls in a Tailored made way for “CRAFTING” the Steels in various shapes, sizes & profiles in very crucial rolling environments of hot rolling conditions; like heavy Impact Load due to huge reduction, Thermal Shock due to temperature change in combination with high temperature & Cooling through pressurised water, Bending & Torque loads due to heavy pressure, Tensile Load due to high RPM with pressure, Friction, Wear and Tear, Fire- Cracks & Firm Structure due to long time surface contact with hot rolled products.
We are associated with our Manufacturing Partners for their Infrastructures and Raw materials only. In our scope of partnership, we provide our Design, Q.A.P. (Quality Assurance Plan) of each manufacturing processes viz. Melting, Moulding, Casting, Heat Treatments & Machining, R & D (Research & Development). Technical and skilled team is having vast experience in the same field (More than 25 Years). Our team of Engineers & skilled employees are dedicated towards Quality Assurance Plan (Q.A.P.) to every step of Manufacturing Process. they provide continuous & strong supervision without compromising quality parameters.
Our main goal is to supply the product (Rolls) that provide “Optimal Production Output, Quality and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).” We are having a complete range of manufacturing Rolls (Rolling Mill Rolls) in all applicable grades for all the stands of Steel Re-Rolling Mills, consisting of 300 Kgs. to 10,000 Kgs. in finished weight of single Roll which Size range of Barrel Dia starting from 300 mm to 850 mm and total length of rolls up to 5000 mm
